Everyday Sessions FAQ
What types of sessions do you offer?
I love to photograph all different kinds of sessions. I offer families, events, seniors, engagements, small intimate weddings, portraits, advertisement and even boudoir. I love being able to have a range of work so I can become your forever photographer!
When will we receive our images?
I ask for up to 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks for weddings. Although I do my best to deliver sooner. Need your photos done in a specific amount of time? No worries, I can offer you an expedited delivery fee so you can get your photos back right away! $75 additional fee to receive your images in a week or less.
Do you watermark your photos?
Yes, and no. Once you purchase photos, I will release them without a watermark. I will also release images with watermarks for social media posting. It will be a small watermark in the lower corner.
How will the photos be delivered?
The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you will be able to download your photos with the pin number provided. You may also request to purchase a flash drive of your photos.
How long do you store my images for?
I try to keep your images on a separate hard drive forever. (If a few years down the line I am cleaning my drive I might reach out to you if your contact information is good and ask if you would like to buy a flashdrive before I delete.) I ask that when you download your images you also back them up some place in case something happens to my hard drives. Once you have downloaded your gallery, I remove it from my site. If you need to get back into it, that will be an additional fee. Galleries are up for 3 weeks to allow you time to get your downloads .
Do you have a studio?
Sadly, no, not at this time. All sessions will be shot on location or in home. But, its my dream to have a studio in the future. There are plenty of outdoor locations that are perfect and you can choose a place, also in home “lifestyle” sessions are very popular now and create beautiful memories of you in your own home. I am open to Travel up to 20 miles, further travel will be an additional charge.
Can you fix blemishes, dry skin etc.?
Of course! Basic retouch is included in all final images.
Can I see ALL the images from my session?
Short answer, no.
Long answer: no, because I take A LOT of pictures. I don’t want to miss that perfect moment. So I end up with some out of focus pictures and plenty of bloopers. There are a bunch of duplicate pictures. But I promise I will keep all of the perfect pictures for you to see!
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Booking deposit: 20% is due at time of booking events such as weddings, this will reserve that date and time for you. This amount is applied toward your purchased package price.
What is your cancellation/ rescheduling policy?
Cancellations for events/weddings: If you choose to cancel your session you must do so at least 7 days before your scheduled session. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiting your deposit.
Rescheduling for other sessions: I understand that life happens. People get sick, and sometimes things just don’t go right. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I try to be flexible.
My package only includes a set number of photos, but I'd like more, what do I do?
No worries, you always have the option to buy more.
